Return Policy:
Please contact us for a Return Manufacturer Authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Please try and return items where practical in a sellable condition. A 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. If the product is defective, please also obtain a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. We are unable to offer a refund for opened products - unless the item is defective. We do not, at this time refund initial or return shipping costs.
Delays in transit:
Due to our in ability to control the time in transit and choices made for shipping. We are not able to offer a refund due to delays in transit.
