We ship from our warehouses located on the East coast of the US, near Boston, in order to minimize shipping times. The following Shipping choices are supported:
* Cold shipping option available (see below).
* Orders placed before 10:30 AM Eastern Time ship the same or following business day.
* Please allow one additional business day for order processing when calculating expected delivery dates.

Orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or Priority Mail and delivered within 3-5 business days of when you place your order (military addresses, HI and AL may take longer). Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has shipped.
USPS operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Orders are typically shipped the same or next day they are placed. We ship also on Saturdays. In the event that you want your order delayed to Monday - please let us know.
Cold Shipping Options: All probiotics are refrigerated upto the point of being packed and shipped. For the ultimate in assuring cool conditions during shipping consider adding a frozen gel pack which we recommend for shipments between May and late October. The gel pack gives the shipment extra thermal mass and prevents your probiotics from deteriorating during shipping.
The medium sized pack is sufficient for 1-2 days for one or two products. The larger pack is better for two or more products, 2-3 days travel, or hotter ambient conditions.

The gel pack is a proven way to better assure that you probiotics reach you in optimum condition. Once the delivery arrives immediately transfer the probiotics to your refrigerator. The gel pack or packs must be added to your order ahead of check out. Learn more about cold shipping here.
Expedited Shipping Options: Expedited shipping is available via USPS Express Mail by special arrangement - please contact us before placing your order.
International Orders: Orders are shipped via USPS 1st class or Priority International. You will be charged based on the weight of your order. We provide different rates for Canada, Europe and the Rest of the World. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you know that your order has shipped. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country. We are not able to offer refunds for returns on International orders. All prices quoted within our site are in US funds.
Delayed Shipments:
We make every effort to safely secure and rapidly ship all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be delayed or damaged during the shipping process. We have no control over the occasional delays and transit delays are not covered by our 3 month guarantee. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue a credit to you for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
